This programmable device allows for the configuration of up to 12 creasing settings within a single program and can store multiple program sets. The creasing distance can be adjusted via a digital control panel, and a key feature of this machine is its ability to produce creasing lines on file board of any GSM (thickness) while maintaining high quality.

FEATURES
1. The specialized material dies feature a male/female punching and creasing system for enhanced durability and adjustable pressure, ensuring uniform quality in file production.
2. The BHADRA Multipower1000 machine has a robust magnetic clutch brake and is designed for high-volume, automated manufacturing.
3. Interchangeable dies are available for various applications, including hole punching for box files (Rado and non-Rado variants), spring files, and office files, all compatible with online machinery. D-ring file dies are also designed for hole punching on these systems.
4. The BOX FILE offers lever lock and index file options, with the first station capable of punching a ring hole and performing multiple punches for box file clips. The second station handles creasing for the index file and directs output to the top delivery stand, with programming available for other file types, including D-ring binding files.
5. The COBRA FILE includes spring and clip office files, starting with a station that creates two holes and one reverse crease. The second station performs five creases per customer specifications, with adjustable settings. The third section folds the file at the reverse crease, followed by two dies that punch holes for Cobra/Spring files as needed.
